A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Super passionate about exercise in general and the benefits, not only physically but mentally. I spend my time teaching yoga, coaching running, cycling and swimming and working within school sports.

I want to provide a welcoming and encouraging environment for everyone to take part in some form of physical activity. 

​

For me I need a balance of a super hard gym session, or a run, with a strength-based yoga class. The two compliment each other so well.  

​

I completed my initial vinyasa yoga teacher training with additional courses on Anatomy, Yoga for Sports and Rocket Yoga and for my Triathlon Coaching I trained with Triathlon England (to Level 2). For both disciplines I also am constantly learning and evolving with influences from many different sources. 

​
